Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a SukiStay account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to hosts (subscribers). Guests booking through a host's page are subject to that host's own house rules and payment instructions.

The service

SukiStay provides tools to publish a branded direct-booking page, collect booking requests, manage availability, generate filled PDFs from your templates, and receive email alerts. We are a software provider — not a marketplace, payment processor, or property manager.

• We do not guarantee bookings, occupancy, or revenue.
• We do not hold guest funds. Guests pay you directly.
• You confirm or decline each booking request.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One owner per tenant in the MVP; do not share credentials with untrusted parties.

Subscription and billing

• Current plan: ₱499/month or ₱4,990/year, with a 14-day full-feature trial.
• Billing is manual in MVP: you transfer via GCash or bank and upload proof in the Studio.
• Plan limits (such as number of pages) come from your active subscription record.
• When a subscription lapses, published pages remain visible but stop accepting new bookings until payment is restored.

Your content and responsibilities

You own the photos, copy, rates, and rules on your pages. You agree that:

• Your content is accurate and lawful (no false availability, misleading rates, or scams).
• You have rights to use all images and text you upload.
• You comply with building/condo rules, local regulations, and tax obligations for your unit.
• You handle guest communication, payment collection, and confirmations.
• You use guest ID and personal data only for legitimate stay administration.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use SukiStay for illegal stays, fraud, harassment, or spam.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or abuse public APIs.
• Upload malware, SVG exploits, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Resell or white-label the platform without written permission.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms posted on this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost bookings, guest disputes, platform fee leakage to OTAs, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
