Why we exist

SukiStay started with a simple frustration: guests ask "Available po?", "HM?", "May pool?", "Need ID?" — then disappear while you type the same answers again. Or they book another unit because someone replied faster.

We built the tool we wished we had: one link where serious guests see rates, pick dates, upload ID, and submit everything you need — while you keep every peso of the booking.

Built by a host, for hosts

This runs on a real staycation unit every weekend — not a slide deck. The layouts, booking flow, and PDF mapping come from what actually converts Filipino guests who arrive from Facebook and Messenger.
